A family company with deep roots
Who we are
The Thomson family has farmed the Pine Gully district since Alf Thomson bought his first portion in 1937. In December 2024 the family brought Pine Gully together under The Thomson Estate. We are developing it so the land keeps working for Wagga Wagga and for the generations after us.
Pine Gully Agrihood
151.2 hectares in Wagga Wagga's Northern Growth Area. The masterplan lodged with Wagga Wagga City Council in June 2026 provides for 1,338 homes around a community farm, a village centre, parks and creek corridors.
How we work
The farm stays farming. The community farm sits on its own title and is planned to remain in production.
A family company. We are long-term owners, not a fund. We plan in decades.
Through the proper process. We work with Wagga Wagga City Council, the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure and an independent consultant team.
Respect for Country. Pine Gully is on Wiradjuri Country. We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
